4. Cruise Bookings & Onboard Services
CruiseFunApp helps you organize information about your cruise. Actual cruise bookings, onboard purchases, and excursions are governed by the terms of the relevant cruise line and third-party providers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it by means other than the interface we provide, or use it to violate any law.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for cruise cancellations, delays, or onboard incidents.
8. No Refund Policy
All purchases made within CruiseFunApp, including Blue Sea Croins and any other digital goods or services, are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, you will not be entitled to a refund, exchange, or credit, except where required by applicable law.
